Lee offers individual, family and couples therapy via social justice and minority stress lenses. Lee is experienced in working with humans ages 12 and up on the LGBTQ+ spectrum and regularly works with clients in the process of accessing medical gender transition.
Lee is a trained family therapist and is also passionate about clinical work with adolescents, new mothers and parents.

Questions, concerns and referrals for individuals at the beginning of questioning their gender identity or who might have questions about the mental health aspects of gender transition

Education
Lee is a dynamic and innovative community educator and is regularly hired to run trainings and workshops on the topic of clinical work with and support of individuals on the LGBTQ+ spectrum.
Training topics include Clinical Work with Transgender Youth and LGBTQ+ 101 - Terminology and Basics
Workshops can be tailored to meet the needs of the organization

Clinical Supervision
Lee is a highly experienced clinical supervisor who has supported many new clinicians towards LICSW licensure. Lee’s supervision style is challenging, fast-paced and strengths-based, utilizing case study, research methods and current best practices to build clinicians’ confidence and skill sets.
